#213 baby! (Birtcher lucky number 13)

So most of you don't know but for the month of June i was busy participating in the Lazy Man Ironman the school puts on every now and then. We had to complete 96 laps in the pool, 26 miles running, and 120 on the bike by the end of the month. Finish and you get a T-shirt. I had a lot of fun doing that (Jerica was doing it too!) then found out about the Try-a-Tri. Basically it's a sprint triathlon: 3.1 miles run, 12 mile bike, and 12 laps in the pool. Decided to do that and oh snap! It was hard but i did very well.

Finished in 1 hour 7 minutes and 10 seconds
so that boils down to about:
3- 8 minute miles (running)
12- 2.6 minute miles (biking)
12- 75 second laps (swimming)
+ 2 minute transition time

Oh, and did i mention- i had to run in my bathing suit- that was weird.

So tired but lovin' tackling something hard!

(Just in: i took 9th place in women's division! Top 10 baby! oh yeah)
