What can i say? I'm a driven woman... and I've got a lot going for me right now. I had a conversation yesterday that made me think about my current life plans.
I want to work... but i also want to be a full time mom.
I want to get a masters/Ph.D... but i also want to marry before I'm old(er).
I want to succeed in my career... i want to succeed in the home.
Now i know some of these can co-exist, but I'll be the first to admit i can't do it all, and frankly i wouldn't want to.
Just know that when push comes to shove, i will always choose family and husband over career, though i dearly hope i can incorporate that in too. It's just a little hard to focus on "family" when theirs a wonderful mission ahead of me and currently no guy to speak of.
Eh, the time will come.
So long as i stay close to the Lord, everything will work out for the best. That i know for a fact!
As for now, only time can solve this dilemma.
