On a side note, we just had a massive snow storm come through here yesterday. It went from perfect fall weather to blizzard over the course of a day. Still snow piled up everywhere, it actually stuck! (really well too) Inevitably it got me in the holiday mood. I am full of graditude and thanksgiving for my Lord, my Savior, and older brother Jesus Christ. How beautiful the process of his coming to this earth, teaching us the way, then performing the atonement.
I love Him so very much and love how we have an entire season dedicated to him. I hope that i can make this year truly special by turning to the glories of God's plan (which involves Christ) and avoid getting caught up in the excitment and anticipation of Santa.
