Aaron was so thoughtful and willingly took Ruth and I on a grocery shopping trip in his car for like, an hour and a half. So helpful in that my cupboards were looking pretty sad and i had to get a whole bunch of stuff.
Anyways, we invited him over for dinner as a thank you and just happened to make the BEST enchiladas i have ever made! I was so proud. Maybe it was just the fact that it was the first REAL meal i had made and eaten in about a week.... who knows? It was good.

Simply put into the press, squeeze... and watch as the ice cream gets pushed into spaghetti noodles!
Add the "sauce", aka strawberries
Sprinkle a few ground nuts and WHALLA! Spagetti sunday. Mmmm...
Absolutley perfect for Halloween! It was the weirdest thing to wrap my brain around!
