Wait till cool and sandwhich frosting in between two cookies. (or don't and suffer ooey- gooey cookies and drippy frosting- still yummy but has the potential for a dissasterous mess with youngens)

Homemade Oreos!
This tastey treat is easy to make and tastes great! Simply take a chocolate cake mix, add two eggs and a 1/3 cup oil and a little water till the texture is cookie dough consistency. Roll into balls and flatten slightly. Bake 9 minutes at 350 degrees.

We love these too! We make it w/ a cake mix, two eggs, and a melted stick of butter or margarine. Nice to know I can use oil and water instead of the margarine if I ever need to! I like them cold from the fridge. (Weird? Yes.)
