Fall Dance Competition

Note: We're in the front, middle. I'm in the gray/black dress

(Round 1)

(Round 2)

At the end of every semester there is a very large dance competition by all those taking a class. It's simple enough, all those in your class level picks between two dances, grab a partner, and take the floor while our teachers watch and judge us. Awards are given for the top 7 in each dance. If you remember, at last semester's competition my partner and I placed 4th in Waltz.

This semester, i danced with a talented guy named Jared from my class. (There was a mix up between dance partners a couple days ago so instead of dancing with my tradition partner, Colin, i danced with Jared. Not a big deal, but i felt like i had to start over dancing with a new partner, and only had a week to practice with him!)

We danced the Cha-Cha, seeing as that was both of our best dance. After our first round we were called back for the second, but didn't get any further. It was very fun though! I really enjoy dancing. Hopefully my schedule later on will allow me to continue taking dance classes.
