Our Heavenly Father hears and answers all of our prayers, this i know to be true, but i think He has His own special way of listening and answering the prayers of a child.
While i was in my room finishing packing for Idaho, i hear the door open as the kiddos get home from school. A few seconds later, i hear Jacob run up behind me and excitedly shout my name.
J: "Kacie!"
K: "Jacob!"
J: "your voice is all better! I knew it would be, I prayed today at school for your voice to be healed or to get better... and now it is! I just knew it!"
Course my heart just melted with that sweet gesture and moment of realization for Jacob. He had the faith enough to heal my froggy voice. What a special blessing that was for both of us. I thank my Heavenly Father for letting Jacob have the opportunity to test out and see for himself, the power of prayer.
