1st Game of the Season!

This past Tuesday was Poston's first football game!
Weston and Brent are both on the team so we had a lot of family and friends sitting up in the stands.

They did great! Poston won, both boys and family were very happy. They played their positions well, and got hugged by the cheerleaders afterwards. I guess they mentioned they're names the next day on the Intercom system during morning announcements. Not a bad start to the season! I wish i had more picture to show! Don't worry, my new camera's in the mail!

It was great David could see this game on his last day in AZ; he left for the MTC the next day. It was kind of strange saying goodbye to the kid, ah well, we are all so excited for him as he goes and serves the people in Equador! DaniLyn posted a blog so contact her for an update.

One of the funniest sights of the whole night was when i turned and saw Jacob standing around with 5 girls huddled around him! They were playing a game of some sorts and were all friends from his classroom, but still, i turned and looked, and he was flooded with darling little girls! Ah Jacob :) That's my bro!

What a fun game!
(Note: I had developed a cough with the nasty bug i caught that weekend, my voice was already scratchy, shouting and rooting for Weston/Brent didn't help much. By the end of the night, my voice was all but gone. Walking into our house, Colin turns to me and says, "Hey, you sound just like Buddy." (the Dog! He had gotten his voice box removed) Haha, what a Romeo.)
