Friday night i look at my phone and realize I've missed 3 calls from the same number... I call it and turns out it's Josh, the Hostess boy!
He asks if I'm still available for a date this weekend and i tell him ya, and that my ward is doing this amazing all day snow activity up by Badger Creek. We ended up going to that all day Saturday and turned out to be one of the funnest days I've had all semester! There was sledding all day- unfortunately i didn't pull out my camera at that time. Some other people did but I'm just too lazy to get up from my seat and go get them right now. :)
These are just a few random photos i managed to grab as we were on our scavenger hunt and just hanging around after they closed the sled lift. No one was in the mood for hiking up the hill again by that point... :)

We had a TON of fun! Church today was a little bit more quiet due to the fact that most of the ward was sleeping in their seats. Standing up resulted in a loud chorus of groans from our aching muscles. It was great, but oh so exhausting.
Josh is a cool guy. He's a recent RM, lives in Wyoming, and majoring in political science and hoping to one day become a judge. We had fun getting to know each other on the 1 1/2 long bus ride there and back- and all day for that matter... :) We actually have quite a lot in common. Fun stuff.

Wow, that's brave of both of you to commit to a loooooong day together for your first date. But it worked out! Sounds really fun. Did he provide the snacks (Hostess cupcakes)? ;)
