Ok, so here's the story, i was in my bed falling asleep- litterally just getting ready to nod off... and our dormies come running over grabbing Sarah and demanding that she come "sledding" with them and the ironing board. (They had rescued a random ironing board and took off the legs and were sliding down the hill in our courtyard with the top) Course, Sarah turns to me and says, "K girl, let's go! " So i'm now all excited (So much for going to bed at a decent hour)and i throw on the nearest winter gear i can get my hands on. (Hence the lack of matching attire)
So with glasses on (i already had my contacts out), cotton pj pants, boots and a jacket, we have the time of our lives just goofing off in the snow! It was so beautiful coming down! It was coming down pretty steadily and caused the whole night sky to kind of light up because the snow reflected the light from the moon. I did not look like a midnight sky.
Anyways, after much squeals of delight, etc. our head res's husband comes out and reminds us that we do have "quite hours" (honestly? in a college town?) and that it's a city law to not throw snowballs (again, in a college town? I want to know the story behind that one! How in the world did that one become a city law?) So we went inside and make mint hot chocolate! wonderful! AND turns out two of our friends recieved their first kisses this past week! So of COURSE we had to hear all about it! Made for a really fun night!
Sarah took these pictures sometime today... we really did get a plethora of snow.

Kacie- this sounds like so much fun!!! And I too agree... I'd like to know how snow ball fights got outlawed!?!? I can only imagine that one knuckle-head must have made some huge snowball mistake and it lead to a ban for the rest :). Oh well, glad you are taking advantage of every opportunity to play!!!
