PROM 2008 Fashion Show
So, one day my friend signed me up to particpate in the semi annual Modest Prom line fashion show, and the next i'm covered in hairspray and being zipped up in a $400 dress! Oh it was so much fun! There was a contest/ drawing at the end of the show that would give one girl a FREE prom dress, i didn't win but it sure made it a lot more fun! Some girl named Jessica won it.
At 4:00 Thursday afternoon i headed down to the ballroom floor of the Holiday Inn hotel. There in every corner of the room was tables and chairs with about 50 hairdresser students from some school in town, whipping out model after model. It was insanely fun! How often do you get to volunteer and get your hair done very fancy, and get to wear a GORGEOUS gown down a T-shaped runway, with ballon arches and glitter and lights and cameras! Yah, a perfect job for Kacie! Sign me up any day!
We got to choose which dress we wanted to wear and i just loved this one from the catalog. I would have prefered to wear the purple/gold version of it but they didn't have it in my size. That's ok. I'll wear the other one! :)

Let's just say i had more pins per square inch than i've ever wore at once in my entire life.
