SCHOOL'S OUT- Summer's In!

Well's school is officially out tommorow.... YAH! So exciting, kind of sad, but hey if i can go one week without worrying what homework i have to get done or what kind of studying if have to do over the weekend... then that's a vacation for me! This summer for the Birtchers will be spent on the lake from sunup to early afternoon at a minimum of at least once a week. Expecting lots of sunburned faces and tired eyes since we get up before dawn, it's worth it every time though. :) Can't wait till Pirates 3 comes out- going to see it at midnight tomorrow with a bunch of friends. Starting the summer by hiking fossil springs on saturday with a bunch of friends, then coming home and sleeping! Monday were hitting the lake, Wednesday.... Congrats to me, i'm FINALLY getting my lisense! or should be. :) After waiting for my bank account to raise (only to be depleted by insurance and gas money) :( I am ready to hit the road in my green jeep cherokee and drive like there's no tommorow :) Yes, shocking i know, I'll post a picture to prove it! Then after that excitment, Nate and I are going to Youth Conference which sounds like a blast. It's funny but half the laurels have to take the SAT test this next Saturday which is in the middle of it, so we are carpooling down from Pason or where ever, taking it, then driving the couple hours back to finish our last activities, then driving home again. Crazy :) Summer should be great! More updates soon!

Wow, what a lot of activities! Congrats on the upcoming driving solo business. Too bad gas has to be at an all-time high just when you get a chance to drive! EFY will be so fun. Time at the lake--Randy will be so jealous. Are you a water skier, or a tuber (like me!)? Good luck on SATs!

Is Sacramento far enough away? Am I safe here or do I need to move accross a large body of water. I may be the only one praying for higher gas prices. Hahaha. You are plenty mature enough, and I hope you have a great time with your new driving privileges.
