Isn't this like the coolest thing you've ever seen?!
My friend Jerica brought these over one Sunday and told us how she did it. Simply take the white cake mix, split into 6 different bowls, add food coloring, then layer in the cupcake tin. Bake normally and walla! Rainbow cupcakes. I've also seen it done where they do a layered cake with white frosting inbetween each color. I've got to try this sometime. Who's got a birthday coming up?
