Yes, I am back in the burg. After an entire summer (of what 6 weeks? Maybe?) of pure laziness/blissful fun relaxation I am ready to go full board for the upcoming semester. Roommates are great! One's an artist and brought EVERYTHING up here with her. She's decorated our little apartment with homey decorations so it really doesn't feel like an apt. Lots of artwork which I love. She and I get along great. J I'm rooming with Ruth and Miriam again. We've got one very sweet first semester freshman and a transfer student from California who's got an amazing conversion story that involves heart break and struggles but she's still strong. I love them all!
As for classes… all psych. It's still very interesting though I'm still kind of clueless as to what I want to go into after graduation.
Weather? Terrible…. Unless you like cold wet weather. Oh my gosh it rained like crazy today. I came home from the complete opposite side of campus when there was a total down pour. I came home sopping wet and cold. I didn't want to get the carpet wet so I ran to the bathroom and just took a shower. All my notebooks are a little damp and crinkly (though thankfully I had no textbooks with me at the time). Funny though, the Lord did put the thought in my mind to put my favorite notebook back in my binder cuz it might rain hard… but I thought, "nah" and just threw it in the back. So now it's all damp and slightly warped. Drats! I should've listened. Ah well.
Spent $417.29 on books. Gag me.
Eyes? I know a lot of you have been asking. I'm doing fine! Thanks to Dr. Sells and a lot of vitamins. My knees however… ugh, got to do better on my physical therapy, that's my own fault.
Anyways, love the people I have met here. They are all amazing and I'm learning lots! I love my Heavenly Father and have complete trust in Him and His direction for me. We'll just have to see where He takes me. J

I'm loving all these posts. Where in CA is your new roomie from? Glad to hear your eyes are doing well, but what's up with your knees?
Haha, i've had knee pain for years now. Very subtle and not very note worthy, they got steadily worse so i went in. Found out i have a very slight misalightment of my hips, and have slightly flat feet so that's putting unnessary pressure on my knees to make up for it. Problem is, i have tilted knee caps too! Yup, nothing a few experienced phsycial therapist can't help me through. They say it's not uncommon for women though. Yup, i'm falling apart at the ripe old age of 20!
