Chillin' with the Rich and Famous

Only Heather and I could go volunteer at the Juvenile Diabetes Fundraiser Ball this year. (scratch that, Greg did go earlier to help set up) We had a great time getting ready for it and had a blast welcoming the guests with our make shift paparazzi team. We had governors and lots of really rich folk come through our runway. Though it was absolutely freezing we had fun and received a free dinner for helping out! I've always enjoyed coming to these events, my mom even let me pull out and wear her embellished little black dress that was the dress code for volunteers. It was very snazzy and looked way cute, the pictures don't do it justice.

Oh, and this was located at a hotel in the area where that tornado touched down a day or two prior to the event. Glad nothing happened and we were still able to attend as planned.
