Final Week Craziness!

Ah, the perfect example by my roommate Em of a typical late night studying!

I think this was taken around 2 am when we both were frantically finishing up some projects. Hers was a massive teacher's lesson outline project for her english class, mine was my final painting series.

Haha, i just couldn't leave this post without some photos documenting one of my first make shift art studio in college. Wow, i have no idea how many hours i've spent at this table this semester... let's just say, i've lost countless hours of sleep sitting here with a paint brush in hand, and lemon lime soda in the other (it became my wake-up juice, rather than resorting to caffeinated drinks).

Note the outlines and photo refs taped to the wall. It was sort of my story board/ reference wall. This is actually quite neat compared to some nights closer to due dates when it became complete insanity. I usually tried to keep the area tidy consider it was our kitchen table that i took over :) I have to note that my roommates were all very supportive and did not mind. :) I usually only took up half the table.

All i have to say to end this is that i am extremely thankful that i made it out of there still physically and emotionally sane. Though i may have been half starved and severely lacking in sleep, it all paid off in the end and i am happy to report that i made all A's and A-'s! wow, i sincerely hope i do not have this kind of stressful semester again.
