How much are you willing to pay for knee high black boots? $60, $40, $30? Alora and I both found cute boots for under $10! My pair was $6 and hers was only $4, both in great condition. We walked down to our local D.I. center just to goof and spend a random Saturday afternoon. (Ya, Rexburg is pretty limited on entertainment...)
And of course, once we made our purchase- we just had to play a little dress up! We both had fun raiding our closets and finding new and interesting combinations for outfits. Actually, i just thought of another combo that might look good... got to and try that one!
Well, in our excitement over our boots, (ya know, most really close roommates get matching pj pants or tie-die/spray paint shirts, nah- we buy boots! We've got class!) we ran over to our neighbors and told them all to wear their black boots to church today. So we got three from one apartment to commit and us two. Come to church today and find not only us five, but like 5-6 more girls just randomly wore theirs today as well! It was great. Very fun wearing our new sleek black boots!
I wanted to get a picture of a few of us like walking down the church hall, strutting in our classic boots but i forgot to bring my camera. Ah well, maybe next week right?
