Pancake Fun!

Wed. night we had a bunch of friends all come over and we decided to make blueberry pancakes for dinner. It was way fun and tasted delicious!

I figure i'd post this myself before Sarah get's the word out that "I can't cook" which is total balony! I'm an excellent cook! With a few bloopers of course. This just happened to be a good one that she's gotten proof of. Yikes!

So i sprayed the pan and threw in some batter. Mat (the kid next to me flipping pancakes) is like, let's make this go faster, throw in some extra batter. Ok so i throw in another scoop. I pick up the pan and try to swish it around so it's more flat- and it slides right out and plops onto the stove! (Hence the big fat glob of pancake batter streaming down the side of the stove) The bottom cooked just enough so that when i went to spread it out- it decided to make it's escape!

The funny part was that some of it went on the actual hot part and started burning. Hence the inescapable ridicule against my skills as a cook. :)

Yes, very funny. I even got a good laugh myself. :)
