Study, study, study...

For the past few weeks the dinner table has been used half for eating, half for studying.
Deciding not to take the sargent's test till he had at least ten years in the job, Dad's been studying consistantly everyday for the past few weeks. He will take the test Wed. Februrary, 13, 2008.
Just watching him was a painful procedure because he would bring home these massive study books and computer programs that test his various abilities in math, etc. Some of those questions were just so vague and difficult that neither I nor David Hakes could crack certain questions.
Dad said he did a good job after taking it yesterday. He's feeling confident he passed but has no idea how he ranked with the other takers, which can decide if he moves on to the resume.
With all the hard effort he put into that test it would be a shame for him not to get the position. We will recieve his test score later on this week but will not know if he made it till later on this month or the next.
Either way, he put his best effort into it! Way to go Gary!
