MODEST IS HOTTEST!
Eating on a well deserved break.
They had Jamie and Nicole greet our million dollar guests and present each lady with a flower. They just adored them!
Heather and I were sent to walk the halls to greet, direct, and assist the guests, (we honestly had no clue of what to do so we just walked like we knew what to do... just smiled and waved) and when it came time for dinner, we were to direct them to their seats.
Heather was so funny at this point. She was irritated by the green ribbon tags we were required to wear, and wanted to see if she could blend in, so she took it off. Immediately, people were calling her ms. and madam and offering her food! Oh it was funny! "They all thought i was RICH!" (Heather)
And during this little rebellious moment as we were walking around, her train on her dress got caught under a man's foot. She turned around about to accuse me...(again), I shrugged... it wasn't me, she didn't know what to do so we just stood their with her dress caught. :) Then seizing the opportunity she freed herself as he shifted his weight and we ran away laughing. What were we going to say to him? "Um, excuse me sir, could you get off my DRESS?"
Their was a lot of gorgeous gowns (98% immodest) Honestly, it did feel a little weird despite our morals to be one of the only 5 modest dresses there. Oh my goodness their was this crazy lady who obviously had no problem coming naked. It was embarrassing, believe me.
All and all, it was a great service opportunity for the four of us. AND we got to dress all pretty too! :)
