Whoops!....

So yesterday was pretty busy for all of us. Mom had a primary class party at our house, I was working on a project, Nate was busy sleeping and chilling at Ken and DaniLyn's, kids had birthday parties to go to, Weston was helping dad, etc. All in all, just a laid back day. While we were all off doing our own things, out of no where a bomb like explosion goes off in our front yard! We all come scrabbling outside to see what happened and there is Dad, just stunted out of his mind, completly shocked with a blank expression on his face. We come rushing over asking " Are you ok?, Dad.... Hello? Are you ok?" Blinking frantically, startled, yet starting to laugh he replied, " I don't know!" Ha! He had been fixing bikes and was filling Jacob's tire with the compressor. Now on the side of the box it blantently stated DO NOT USE COMPRESSOR TO FILL TUBE. Not only did it turn to shreds, but it completely cracked and warped the rim of Jake's bike. For a while, we thought dad had broken his thumb, but turns out it just smacked it good. He said he could feel the blast of air coming out of the tire, brushing his nose, then smack everything else. It was really quite funny afterwards. Silly Daddy. :) Maybe next time he'll listen to the box!
